John Elliott is a Los Angeles-based menswear and, since 2023, womenswear label founded in 2012 by John Elliott with his business partner Aaron Lavee. It built its name on elevated casual essentials - the side-zip Villain hoodie, Escobar sweatpants and Mercer tees - with a fixation on custom-milled French terry and jersey developed in Japan, complex LA washes and an anti-logo, quiet-luxury sensibility. Elliott was named GQ's Best New Menswear Designer in 2014, staged his first New York Fashion Week show in 2015, opened a Melrose Avenue flagship in West Hollywood in 2019, and is known for a long-running series of Nike collaborations, most famously the LeBron James 'Icon' and the NikeLab Vandal High.
